Frequently Asked Questions

(Q) - How much is the session fee and when is it due?

(A) - Studio portrait session is only $25.00 and is due when the appointment is booked in order to reserve that time.
For your conveniance we accept Visa, Master Card & Discover (debit or credit).

(Q) - What about outdoor fees at the studio?

(A) - The cost of an outdoor session at the studio is only $25.00

(Q) - And for On-Location session fees?

(A) - $50.00 for up to one hour within Cullman County.

*Please note that ALL session fees must be paid in advance in order to reseve that time

(Q) - Should everyone wear the same color?

(A) - No. Everyone does not have to wear the same color, but it is best to wear similar clothes and tones. In group portraits you definitely need to avoid stripes, large patterns and logos.

(Q) - Can the parents and children have separate portraits made during the same session?

(A) - YES. It is best to do the main portrait first. Then we will photograph the children and parents separately.
There's no extra charge!

(Q) - How many outfits should I bring?

(A) - Bring several so we can match props and backgrounds to your outfits. We don't charge more for clothing changes!

(Q) - Do you offer retouching?

(A) - Yes, Basic Retouching Is Included!!!.

(Q) - Do you have packages?

(A) - We do have a few special packages but we also allow you to create your own by purchasing only the portraits you want without having to include others you don't need. "WE OFFER THREE WAYS TO ORDER... PACKAGES, UNITS or INDIVIDUAL PRINTS! It's YOUR CHOICE! We also offer "free" Bonus pictures for qualifying orders.

(Q) - How long will it take before I can see the previews?

(A) - It normally takes five to ten working days. You may set up an appointment at the time of your portrait session or we can give you a call as soon as they are ready.

(Q) - Am I allowed to take the previews home?

(A) - We haven't had "paper proofs" in several years so there's nothing to take home but we do have a system that is much better!
Previews are presented to you on a large screen in our projection room. You will be shown a slide show of your images and then you will be able to look at them at your own pace at very large sizes to make your decision making process much easier.

(Q) - I use to buy a preview album. Can I still get one?

(A) - Of course! Now you get to pick the ones you want in your album.

(Q) - What choice of backgrounds are available?

(A) - We have a huge variety of backgrounds, sets and props and we're adding more all the time.
